As mentioned in my last post, i decided to rent a 45mm Canon Tilt Shift for the London Freeze event. The lens has the ability to tilt and shift the focal plane throwing both the background and foreground out of focus. By doing this it has the ability to destroy the sense of scale in [...] I woke up this morning with an email from FreeStyle Ski magazine showing me a draft of the latest issue. Seeing a whole section of your images is a great way to start the week and it has a special surreal twist as i actually spent the whole of today sightseeing around London with Japanese [...] It all seemed a bit surreal this morning flying over the Swiss Alps at sunrise. Looking down at the beautiful snow covered mountains it seemed strange to be heading to London…..for snowboarding. So here i am, after another night on a bench in Zurich i’ve made it to London. Freeze time! I just stumbled across the final edit from the One Hit Wonder event that i was at whilst in Australia last month. It was such a cool event to be involved with and you can see how the chilled vibe attracted some insane action. The double front flip with superman in the middle gets me [...] Who would of thought that a load of scaffolding assembled together in a run-down industrial estate south of the River Thames could be so much fun. Well, this weekend Londonfreeze rocked into town and we were greeted with some wicked snowboarding and skiing action. |
